My experience with Layka Recruitment was indeed delightful. This was the first job I was seeking since I moved to the UK. As everyone knows it gets quiet stressful not knowing in which area or direction to look. Both Cara and Sally are basically lovely individuals and courteous apart from being absolutely professional. They were keen listeners and once they gauged my experience, my field of work and requirement, they set about finding me a suitable one and in a matter of a few weeks they had lined up several interviews for me.

So tonight I am getting ready to start a new chapter in my work life, and it is all down to Cara (let's not forget there was some help from Sally as well). Not only did Cara give me loads of advice to make sure my CV was spot on to give me the best chance of getting the job, she kept me fully updated all the way through the entire process. I was even getting updates late in the evening just to let me know that there was no update - talk about commitment right there!! I had phone calls before and after every interview and more advice on how to nail a video interview which seems to be "the new normal".

Having dealt with many many agencies over the years as an employer and then as a candidate looking for roles, I have yet to come across one so focussed. The team offer a personal approach and take time to get to know you and your requirements. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I got in contact with Cara at Layka Recruitment through a friend who successfully got a job through Layka, after our first phone call I instantly took a liking to Cara. On the first day of being in contact with her, she set me up for a few interviews. After around a week I was offered a job in Logistics and accepted it.
